Meet Kim Nash, THriv Founder

A beacon of excellence in leadership, strategy, employee relations, and professional development.

Kim's unwavering commitment to serving others has led her to become a distinguished keynote speaker and a sought-after coach for professionals across various fields. With a personalized approach, Kim delivers speeches, one-on-one coaching, and workplace trainings that are specifically tailored to each organization's unique culture and structure.

A graduate of both York College of PA and The University of Phoenix, Kim's educational foundation further solidifies her expertise. Her education and years of experience have provided her the opportunity of joining HR Professionals on their journey to earn their SHRM Certification. She facilitates the SHRM prep courses through SHRM and many of their educational partners.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Kim finds joy in her personal life alongside her husband Greg, their four grown children, and five beloved grandchildren. In her leisure time, Kim revels in outdoor pursuits like walking, bike riding, kayaking, as well as indulging in the pleasure of reading and the serenity of the beach.
